What happens if I run out of stuff early?
Once you are an Automated Man member, you can log on and let us know you are out of something and we will send it out immediately. If it is within one week of your next shipment, we send the entire shipment early.

What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel Automated Man any time. Click here to reach customer service. However, if your shipment is already in the mail, you will be charged for it and cannot return it for a refund. But your subscription will be canceled for the following month.

How do I buy this as a gift for someone else?
Go through the steps to become a member, but when you reach the shopping cart, you specify that this is a gift and you can enter separate billing and mailing addresses.

Do I get to choose what goes in my kit? What if I hate something, have allergies, or some other pansy excuse?
The products that we use are standard drug store lines like Gillette, Colgate, Crest, so you would probably already be aware of a problem. If it comes up, let us know and we'll either be able to accomodate your special circumstances or if we'll refund your membership.
